This Privacy Policy describes how Pizza Shuttle, Inc. (“Pizza Shuttle,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects and uses the information collected through web sites that we provide (together, the “Services”).

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU (“YOU”) AGREE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND THAT YOU ACCEPT AND CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION AS DISCUSSED BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES.

This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and made a part of our Terms of Use.

  1. Changes to Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Services. Material changes will be conspicuously posted on the Services. By accessing or using the Services after changes are posted, you agree to those changes.

  1. Information Collected

Pizza Shuttle and its suppliers may collect the types of information described below in connection with your access to and use of the Services, including your purchase of food products and merchandise through the Services (together, “Collected Information”).

Personally Identifiable Information. You can visit our Services without sharing personally identifiable information, but use of certain Service functions requires the provision of certain personally identifiable information. We will collect certain personally identifiable information from or about you that you choose to share with us, which may include your name, email address, physical address, telephone number, and payment information. We will use your personally identifiable information to process and communicate with you in connection with your purchases and to otherwise provide you with information and communications that you request or that we believe are relevant or may be of interest to you, subject to applicable laws and the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you provide your wireless or other telephone number to us, you consent to receiving telephone calls (both in-person and automated) and text (SMS) messages from us at that telephone number. If you choose to set up an online account, you will be required to submit your name, street address, city, state, zip code, email address, and telephone number. If you purchase products through the Services as a “guest,” you will be required to submit your name, email address, and telephone number. If you purchase any products (food or merchandise) as a “guest” for delivery, you will also be required to provide us with your street address, city, state, and zip code.

Purchase Information. As further set forth in the Terms of Use, purchases of products made through the Services may be made by credit or debit card, using PayPal where that option is available, or, in the case of food orders, via cash at the time of pick-up or delivery. All credit and debit card and other payment information is provided directly to one of our PCI-compliant third-party payment processors. Pizza Shuttle does not directly access or handle your credit or debit card information. If you make a purchase using a credit or debit card, you will need to submit your credit or debit card number, the expiration date, the security code, and your billing address. If you make a purchase using PayPal, you may need to log in to your PayPal account. We will maintain a record of the purchases that you make using the Services.

Text Messages. If you sign up for our loyalty program you will need to submit your name, zip code, email address, and telephone number. If you select text messaging as your primary mode of communication from us, you may receive up 15 text messages per month from an automated system. If you provide us with your birth month and day, we may send you a text message on that day. To stop receiving messages at any time, reply “STOP” to 414-255-3648. To receive help information, text “HELP” to 414-255-3648 or to any Pizza Shuttle text message you receive. Consenting to receiving text messages is not required to buy goods and services.

We will use this information to provide you with promotional and other communications regarding Pizza Shuttle. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the applicable email.

Cookies. The Services use cookies to track Service use and to facilitate and enhance the user experience. These may be cookies that we implement or third-party cookies implemented by our suppliers. We do not have access to or control over any cookies implemented by our suppliers. “Cookies” are small data files that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive to remember certain information. The Services’ cookies enable us to facilitate access to different areas of the Services, for example, by showing when and how you and others visit the Services, by telling us how popular the Services pages are (or aren’t), what search terms are used to find the Services, and which third-party web sites direct you to the Services. Cookies can also help us improve your enjoyment of the Services, for example, by remembering your contact and other information when you access or use the Services. Most Internet browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can disable this function so that your browser will not accept cookies. Please be aware that disabling cookies may impact your use and enjoyment of the Services. WE WILL AUTOMATICALLY COLLECT COOKIES WHEN YOU VISIT THE SERVICES. DUE TO THIS AUTOMATIC COLLECTION, WE DO NOT HONOR “DO NOT TRACK” REQUESTS. Third-party suppliers that we use to provide the Services, including Granbury Restaurant Solutions, may use cookies and other tracking technologies to track visitors to the Services across the Internet to understand how you get to the Services.

IP Addresses and Related Data. The web servers used to operate the Services may collect certain data pertaining to you and the equipment, software, and communication methods you use to access the Internet and the Services. This information includes the Internet protocol (“IP”) addresses assigned to your computer, your Internet service provider (ISP), your approximate geographic location, your Internet browser type, the pages you accessed on the Services, the web sites you accessed before and after visiting the Services, the length of time you spend on the Services, date and time stamps, and clickstream data. We may use this information to administer the Services and the servers that host the Services, to generate statistical information, to monitor and analyze Service traffic and usage patterns, to monitor and prevent fraud, to investigate complaints and reported violations of our policies, and to improve the Services’ content and the products, materials, and other content that we describe or make available through the Services. For security reasons and to confirm the integrity of the Services, we may combine this information with personally identifiable information and other Collected Information, as well as with information we obtain from third parties. Third-party suppliers that we use to provide the Services, including Granbury Restaurant Solutions, may collect information about your visits to the Services and other web sites.

Behavioral Advertising. The Services use Google AdWords, an online advertising service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). The Google AdWords service will collect anonymous information about your visits to and interactions with the Services and other web sites and will use this information to target advertisements for goods and services. These targeted advertisements may appear on the Services or on other web sites that you visit. The anonymous information is collected through the use of a “tag,” which is industry-standard technology. To opt out of remarketing advertising provided through Google or to customize your ad preferences, visit Google’s Ad Settings page at http://www.google.com/settings/ads. Opting out will not affect your use of the Services. To obtain more information about third-party ad networks and online behavioral advertising and to change your preferences with respect to certain online ads, please visit the National Advertising Initiative Consumer Opt-Out web site at http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices or the Digital Advertising Alliance Self-Regulatory Program web site at http://www.aboutads.info. Opting out of online ads with one ad network and web browser does not necessarily carryover to any other ad network or web browser. As a result, depending on the opt-outs you request, you may still see our ads from time to time.

Google Analytics. The Services use Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google, to collect information about your use of the Services, which information your web browser automatically sends to Google. This information includes the web address of the web sites that you visit and your IP address. Google may also set cookies or read preexisting cookies. This information is stored on Google’s servers. Google uses this information to provide us with reports about Service traffic and your visits to the Services (for example, the domain from which you access the Internet, the web address of the web site from which you linked to the Services, and the date and time of your visit to the web sites that you view and click through). We will use this data to improve the Services’ structure and content. Google may use this data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is located at https://www.google.com/policies/privacy. For more information on how Google uses your data, visit http://www.google.com/policies/privacy/partners. You may opt out of our use of Google Analytics by visiting the Google Analytics opt-out web site at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout and installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On. Please remember that you will need to opt out for each browser you use.
