*48 hour advance online registration required. Registration applications will still be accepted less than 48 hours prior to the desired contest slot, however, a $10 late registration fee will be assessed to the total contest cost. 

*Your Contest Registration is not confirmed until you receive a telephone confirmation from Pizza Shuttle. Payment arrangements will be made at this time. 

*The cost of the contest is $59.99 plus tax. Pre-payment with cash or credit card is required.

*Pizza contestants who do not show up for contest or notify us of cancelation at least 24 hours before contest will be charged full-price.
